COMPETENCY OBJECTIVES :
At the end of the training, trainees will be able to identify the different types of gender-based violence and understand their consequences. They will identify resource structures and share strategies and tools to prevent and respond to violence.

 

CONTENTS

– Identify and define gender-based and sexual violence
– Identify the manifestations of rape culture
– To know the realities and the legal typology of gender-based and sexual violence
– Analyze situations of violence
– Understand the obligations of employers
– Identify the specific beliefs and obstacles to taking violence into account
– Know the reflexes of listening to and welcoming victims
– Position yourself and build strategies to deal with situations”
